Ice cream and all folks, summer really is here.. and I love it.

From the world famous "Mashti Malone's Ice Cream" (I may or may not have made up the world famous part, but this ice cream place is a hidden gem tucked away in a shady shopping plaza in L.A.) with the coolest flavors! I got Lavender and Saffron, holy greatness!
And time to fill my body with good green drinks to make up for all the ice cream I am eating, and to prepare it for all the races I have coming up ;) (SFM in less then a month, followed by lululemon Seawheeze 1/2 and possibly the Rock and Roll half mary in Oct?)
Quality time with the Mr. and summer dresses
And happy dogs who get to go on more filed trips because the days of summer are so much longer and nearly never end...
